The Silver Certified Partner status proves high position of BCC Company in the partner hierarchy based on the audit of business processes, organization of technical support, proficiency of the employees, as well as equipment available in the lab. Within preparations for application to the Silver Certified Partner, BCC Company has implemented an automated system of monitoring the customers’ enquiries, received by the technical support service.
